GENERAL INFORMATION/TERMS OF BUSINESS
To secure your appointment Debit/Credit card details may be required at the time of booking for treatment duration of 1 hour or more and a 50% non refundable deposit will be required for treatment duration of 2 hours or more.
We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your treatment so that you are relaxed and ready. If you arrive late your treatment may have to be shortened. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may have to treat your appointment as cancelled and a charge may be applied.
We endeavor to create an ambience of relaxation and calm for all our client's to enjoy. With this in mind we respectfully ask that all mobile phones are switched off during your visit to Skin Retreat.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any illnesses, medical conditions or any medication taken prior to receiving any treatment.
We are unable to accept responsibility for personal belongings being mislaid or lost.
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel or move your appointment to another day. We would ask that you provide us with at least 48hrs notice to allow us the time to re-book your appointment slot with another client.
At Skin Retreat we want to operate a fair trading policy. We are a small business and rely on the loyalty and commitment of our client's.
In the event of cancellation/move 24hrs prior to appointment a charge of 50% of the total treatment/s cost will be charged to either the clients account or card number held. In the event of cancellation/no show on day of appointment the full cost may be applied.
The above cancellation policy also applies to appointments booked via Gift Vouchers or Courses.
Please note Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months. Skin Retreat will not be liable for the loss, theft or miss-use of Gift Voucher purchases. Courses, Packages and Pre-Paid appointments are non refundable and non transferable.
